Charges the probe up to 100 times with a single AAA battery. The MEATER®+ attaches to any metallic surface. Make sure to always insert the MEATER® probe into your meat past the safety notch to avoid damage to the internal sensor. DO NOT submerge the probe in water for long periods of time. DO NOT run the probe under cold water immediately after cooking. Let the probe cool down prior to washing.

Made with stainless steel and heat resistant ceramic. Measures both the internal meat temperature (within +/- 0.5°C) and the temperature close to the food.
