Vorwerk’s Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Thermomix® purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the below conditions. We highly encourage any customer who purchases a Thermomix® to take advantage of the personalized service we offer by booking a Get Cooking session. You can book one by emailing service@thermomix.ca.  If you still wish to return your purchase, the following conditions will apply to all products except those marked as “non-refundable” on your order:

Item Refund
  • Unopened / original condition as shipped; or
  • Wrong item that does not match the item in your order; or
  • Defective item (no fault of Customer)
Full Refund
  • Opened or used item
A restocking fee equal to 10% of item purchase price will be deducted
  • Return item is missing any parts / accessories; or
  • Damaged; or
  • Showing obvious misuse
No refund
  • Any purchase connected to an Independent Consultant promotion / program
No refund

If you return a product that is missing accessories or other bundled items that were shipped with the product, the retail price of those items will be deducted from your refund.

Return Method and Timing
Your refund will be processed after the item has been received by us and we have assessed the item’s condition.

Special Considerations:
Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
